WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces is unwavering in its commitment to deliver pre-eminent pre-owned watches without any compromise. As a result, every timepiece purchased or serviced through WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces is protected either by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty or the WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces 2 Years Limited Warranty, unless otherwise stated herein.* (Specific exclusions are applicable, including vintage watches)

Repairs
WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces extends a limited warranty on every pre-owned watch sold on our platform. Our pre-owned timepieces are guaranteed for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the “Date of Purchase”). The Date of Purchase is identified as the date mentioned on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any other dated document recognized by WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces as proof-of-purchase.

WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces 2-Years Limited Service Warranty
In the event of any issues with a warranted product due to the work or parts provided by our technicians within the two-year period following initial WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces services, we will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution at our sole discretion. Following a repair, the timepiece will be covered by the WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces two-year service warranty from the date of the timepiece’s documented in-person retrieval by owner or shipment from our offices.

Restrictions and Conditions
What Is Not Covered Certain conditions apply to the WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces two-year limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts not serviced by WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, any form of misuse, or any handling that exceeds the constraints of a timepiece’s intended use. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party servicing, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces two-year limited warranty on pre-owned watches. WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.

WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces warranties do not extend to vintage watches. Given the nature of vintage pieces, parts are not always available and cannot always be repaired.

Pre-Owned Watches Under Remaining OEM Warranty Should the remaining OEM warranty on a purchased timepiece fail to provide a minimum of two years warranty period from the Date of Purchase, WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces assumes responsibility as the warranty provider for the duration starting at the conclusion of the OEM warranty and ending two years from the Date of Purchase.

When a warranty claim is lodged against a timepiece still under the remaining OEM warranty, WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces forwards the warranty claims to OEM authorities for evaluation and either acceptance or rejection of such claims. The warranty terms and conditions applicable in such cases are those stipulated by the warranty terms and conditions of each corresponding OEM. Watches returning from OEM service will be warranted under the terms and conditions of the OEM’s service warranty, which then supersedes any expressed terms, conditions, and duration of our pre-owned warranty coverage.

In an instance where a timepiece returns from OEM service and a component fails (e.g., a bracelet clasp fails following an OEM caliber adjustment) both outside the scope of the OEM service warranty and within the span of the WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces two-year pre-owned warranty, WOLVYN Luxury Timepieces may repair or replace this component at its sole discretion.

The duration for watch service repairs can vary based on the watch brand and the specific service matter. Typically, warranty service repairs take around six to eight weeks. Once a watch service is completed, a shipping tracking number will be emailed to the owner.
